Pepper

  • Availability: Adopted

I’ve dreamt of making a special leopard print bear for quite some time now. I went to the Philadelphia Teddy Bear convention this year with this goal in mind. And would you believe I actually found the fur I was looking for?! I bought the last 1/4 existing yard of leopard French tissavel for this bear that I named Pepper 🙂

Pepper is a gorgeously soft 15″ bear that has been 5-way jointed with hard discs and cotter pins. His muzzle is needle and scissor sculpted with airbrush shading. I hand-painted his glass eyes with a special gold flake polish backed with cream ultra suede. Nose is made of mauve Sculpey clay with a shiny finish coat. He wears a fine mocha satin ribbon and a leather collar with jingle bells around his neck.

His huge paws are hand-appliqued mauve leather. He’s stuffed with Poly-Fill and beads for a nice weight.

Pepper has been adopted. Thanks Terry!
